Stunning new moon, partial solar eclipse in Virgo gong session this evening.
Gentle gongs that rose and fell with intensity, clearing the collective tension and leaving a palpable feeling of peace at the end.

I asked how we could carry that feeling of peace out into the world, how we could continue to carry it in our hearts as we move through this week. I firmly believe that energy follows intention, and if we move as one with the intention of peace, unity and love for all, then we can only but create that.

May all beings everywhere know peace and love.

With a heavy heart and after almost 10 years of practice, I'm sorry to let you know that I'm temporarily pausing my private sessions at home until further notice.

For those who do not know, my situation drastically changed at the end of 2023, and I immediately had to take on work that brought in a regular income, which has impacted the amount of time I could allocate to my private practice. There will be further changes, which means I cannot practice at home, and room hire charges are just too unaffordable for me, if I want to keep my prices accessible for all.

I would like to thank everyone who has come to have sound therapy sessions and womb healing with me over the years. I have been a witness to your healing, your life-changing journeys and to the conception and births of much-wanted babies. Thank you for trusting me to hold space for you. It has been an honour.

I will still be holding my twice-a-month sound journeys at Selsely Scout Hall. These are also "deeply transformative"! I am also still available for private hire, yoga retreats, etc. - weekend/ evenings only.

I will not be silent. I will not stand by and watch the ethnic cleansing, the land grab, the genocide, the holocaust that is being carried in the name of retaliation. For 18 months we have been watching and some of us sharing the stories and the voices of those that cannot.

It is not anti semitic to stand up against a regime that is causing immeasurable suffering to civilians. The word ‘Semite’ refers to a group of people that inhabit the Middle East that speak Semite languages, it is not specifically for people from a specific religion.

I have friends from all religions and backgrounds, because in my eyes, they are people first.

I grew up in the apartheid regime and know first hand and witnessed first hand the suffering of people. At an early age, I recognised the disproportion of wealth and the segregation of people and at the age of eight I first did something about it.

I have always stood up for the underdog, for those who are persecuted, I have always spoken up even when it’s been uncomfortable to do so and I always will. Because it’s the right thing to do. Because I believe in coming from the heart always, for all people and for all beings.
