For tonight’s yoga Nidra and Sound session, please do bring lots of layers, beanie, hot water bottle etc to keep you warm! The heating will be on, but it’s not the best and the ground can feel cold!

With a grateful heart, I give thanks to 2025 for the lessons it’s given me. This new calendar year presents an opportunity for more growth and learning. Whilst I don’t subscribe to following the New Year traditions, while we are in deep winter and all is still sleeping, I can appreciate that we start a new calendar year. My hopes and dreams are still being formulated, so that in the spring, when my new year starts, I can grow with natures new growth cycle - her new year.

Thank you for all your support during 2025, which was a difficult year, where I had to let go of my private practice. My groups sessions have once again been selling out and I am so grateful for the repeated support. I am grateful too for being a witness to the growth and healing of our community. Thank you for continuing to support my work.

What a beautiful and intimate sound journey last night. We only have two more left for this year! Where has the time gone!?

Every chant this year has been about sending peace and love to the world. I pray that the energy we create in this room, trickles out into our town, the county, the country and the world.

Stunning new moon, partial solar eclipse in Virgo gong session this evening.
Gentle gongs that rose and fell with intensity, clearing the collective tension and leaving a palpable feeling of peace at the end.

I asked how we could carry that feeling of peace out into the world, how we could continue to carry it in our hearts as we move through this week. I firmly believe that energy follows intention, and if we move as one with the intention of peace, unity and love for all, then we can only but create that.

May all beings everywhere know peace and love.

With a heavy heart and after almost 10 years of practice, I'm sorry to let you know that I'm temporarily pausing my private sessions at home until further notice.

For those who do not know, my situation drastically changed at the end of 2023, and I immediately had to take on work that brought in a regular income, which has impacted the amount of time I could allocate to my private practice. There will be further changes, which means I cannot practice at home, and room hire charges are just too unaffordable for me, if I want to keep my prices accessible for all.

I would like to thank everyone who has come to have sound therapy sessions and womb healing with me over the years. I have been a witness to your healing, your life-changing journeys and to the conception and births of much-wanted babies. Thank you for trusting me to hold space for you. It has been an honour.

I will still be holding my twice-a-month sound journeys at Selsely Scout Hall. These are also "deeply transformative"! I am also still available for private hire, yoga retreats, etc. - weekend/ evenings only.
