🌿 Caring for the Shoulder Blades 🌿
Sometimes our shoulder blades don’t sit as smoothly against the back as they should aka - a “winging scapula.” It can happen for lots of reasons: muscle imbalances, posture, or simply from how our bodies adapt to daily habits.
This doesn’t mean anything is “wrong” — it’s just your body’s way of showing where a little extra attention and support could help. With the right approach, it can be improved.
✨ Gentle strengthening (especially for the muscles that stabilize the shoulder blades)
✨ Posture awareness and mobility work
✨ Hands-on therapies — like cupping, massage, or soft tissue release (shown here)
✨ Guidance from a therapist or trainer who understands your unique needs
When the shoulder blades are supported and moving well, it often means less tension in the neck and shoulders, easier movement, and feeling more balanced overall. 💆‍♀️💪
Your body is always working for you — sometimes it just needs a little reset.
