I used to prefer men as friends.
It's easy. Simple.
I could (can!) relax, have a laugh, be myself.
(I still love having guy friends!)

Women? That was more complicated.
More emotions. More triggers.
Jealousy. Unspoken tension.

The sister wound…
that most of us carry.
Heard of it?

But then came my awakening.
And women’s circles.
At first I joined them.
Then I began holding them -
Empowerment circles, retreats…

And everything changed.
I never went back.

Because true sisterhood is like nothing else.
We lift each other.
Celebrate each other.
Feel safe to be vulnerable.
Speak with honesty.
Hold one another with love.

It’s medicine.
Healing happens just by sitting in circle.
When hearts and wombs connect, something ancient wakes up.
We remember who we are.

Who’s with us?
Every single day, praying for a CEASEFIRE. NOW.

For the innocent. For the children. For all those suffering.💔💔💔

May they receive food, aid, shelter, love, and all they truly need.
May the violence stop.
May the wars end.
🙏🏽 May the world be in peace.

And may the leaders of this world awaken,
to lead from the heart and soul,
not from greed, fear, ego, or trauma,
As they have done for far too long.

It's time to wake up.

Anyone else feel helpless sometimes? 💔

The pain, the injustice, the endless cycles of violence… it’s a lot to witness (or ignore for self protection).
But please,
Keep praying.
Keep sending love & peace.
Keep doing what you can.
It matters.

So you know how powerful collective energy really is?
There have been scientific studies where large groups meditated or prayed in unison… and crime rates dropped. War zones softened. The data repeatedly showed real change.

Our collective frequency can shift things.
Even when we feel small, we are not powerless.
Tap into your inner power. Keep believing. Keep holding the vision of peace. Connect in community. Come together in circles. Share your voice. Ground your energy.

In 2019, we were looking to move to Ibiza, somewhere like Bali, but closer to the UK for Ben’s work.

I’d spent 7 years travelling, being led by spirit, nature and my womb...

& It just wasn't flowing to find a place to live on the island.

I’d share my vision with Ben , everything I was feeling, sensing, seeing where to live…
And he’d say:

“Claire, everything you’re describing sounds like the English countryside…”

I was like, NO way. Not England! Maybe we should try Majorca?!

So we kept looking and nothing was feeling right. I was feeling exhausted.

Then, in a supermarket car park (I remember it well 😆) total breakdown.
Crying. Hands on my womb.

“This is too intense Ben! My womb cannot handle this activated fiery energy anymore! She is screaming REST.”

My womb was depleted after years on fiery, activating, powerful lands, always moving.
Places that constantly bring things up to heal. I’d been living in constant summer -ovulation energy, fire, transformation..

But she was asking for winter.
For grounding.
For quiet.
To pause.

That night, with Ben’s gentle persuasion, I finally surrendered and looked at homes in England.

And this calm just washed over me,
My womb softened.
My body exhaled.
And then I knew.

We moved to the Cotswolds (close to Glastonbury but outside that activation!), Stroud, the calmest most grounded absolutely gorgeous place that felt like home. (I had never been there before)

I’d planned to run a Bali retreat and travel between nesting there… but lockdown happened as soon as we arrived and it was a blessing in disguise! How she guided us just in time!

And it turned out to be exactly what my womb was calling for.
Nature. Seasons. Stillness. Rest.

(Then she prepared me to have a baby! I resisted that too! But that's another story 😉)!

Our womb will guide us home when we allow her. 🩸

Today I was in nature (wobbly video, slide 3 😅), tears in my eyes because my heart felt so full of love and gratitude to Mother Earth, for her love, her holding, her guidance, her showing me the way- she is Home 🤍 mmm heaven is here on earth when I am in nature!

I didn't know it was Earth Day until afterwards (everyday is earth day) but I definitely felt her so deeply today & I need her connection and medicine daily.

So I felt like sharing something I wrote a while ago, it's not perfect but it's from my heart:

Listen, honour, respect, remember.
Connect, feel, balance, anchor.
🌳
To the trees, plants, spirits,
rocks, animals...
Nature speaks.
She is alive, loud and clear,
always sending signals and synchronicities our way.
But we must become present,
quiet within,
to truly sense and hear.
🌳
The ancients honoured the wisdom of trees,
healers and communicators,
doorways to other worlds,
magic and medicine.
This was once the norm,
until it was shut down to the masses.
🌳
But many of us are still connected.
More of us are remembering.
Awakening to the magic.
And may we share this consciousness,
this love and reawakening,
with the rest of the world.
🌳
The trees are our lungs.
Without them, we cannot survive.
The Earth is our home.
She must be honoured and treated with respect.
Listen. Give thanks.
Act sustainably.
This is not optional,
it’s essential
if we wish to stay on this planet and play.

🚨 They told us to be quiet, small, and "nice." Are you ready to put an end to this BS?

I was born in Ireland, my mum is from a large Catholic family—so I know all about being the "good girl." 🤢

So, I became the overachiever. The perfectionist. The one who was only good enough if she was flawless. And because perfection isn’t possible… she was never enough.

But over the years, through Cleartransmissions, I have been healing from the roots, removing the masks, and rising into WILD leadership. And helping others do the same.

Because I know now—true leadership isn’t about being the most polished, the most liked, or the most "successful."

It’s about being the most YOU.
Fully embodied.
Rooted in your truth.
Lit up by your own fire.
And being okay if some people don’t like that.

I care so deeply about the world we are creating. I can feel it in my bones—the shift that is happening, the unraveling of old ways, the rise of a new kind of leadership.

Because let’s be honest—the current leaders? They are NOT doing a good job. And I’m not surprised… with their conditioning, suppression, and trauma (to say the least).

Like you, I feel heartbroken witnessing the horrors in the world. So I choose to step in & step up. To let the fire move me forward.

Because while I can’t directly help every cause I care about… I CAN help the changemakers leading these movements—so they make the most powerful impact while feeling lit up. ❤️‍🔥

We need NEW Earth leaders who are:

☀️Sovereign, not conditioned.
☀️Intuitive, not ego-driven.
☀️Deeply felt, authentic, and embodied.

This is my devotion—supporting the Change-Makers, Healers, Visionaries & Mothers to unapologetically Rise into Empowered, Embodied, Radiant Soul Leaders. So we can confidently create a sustainable, harmonious Earth—TOGETHER.

And we do this with JOY and FREEDOM.

You know you’re here to own your voice with unshakable confidence.

To take up space. To share your medicine and gifts because the world needs them.

So why does the fear still arise?

Because this fear is ancient.

You’ve heard that the body keeps the score? but it’s also stored in your energy field, your soul, your lineage.

Ancestral trauma. Cultural conditioning. Past-life imprints.
The inner child who learned it wasn’t safe to take up space.
The subconscious parts still whispering, stay small, stay safe.

But sister, the threat is no longer real.

Yet your system is still acting like it is.

The women I work with are done with that. They know they’re here to break the cycle.

They’re ready to stop shrinking and step into their fullest power—owning their voice, their impact, their truth.

And yes, it can be scary. It takes deep inner work. But they are willing—for themselves, their families, their ancestors, their future generations.

Because we cannot birth a new world while playing by the old rules. Do you agree?

**Celebrating International Women's Day!**

My heart is full of gratitude for the incredible women I am blessed to be connected with—sisters, clients, and soul family from all around the world. The blessing of having travelled for 8+years is all the beautiful connections I have around the world, this fills my heart & soul 🫶

I have so many precious memories of co-facilitating women’s retreats and going deep on transformational journeys together both 1-1 and in groups. We are truly powerful beings.

And the last photo is from today, celebrating with a special sister of many years and my beautiful daughter, who I am also so grateful for.

I also want to honour **all women** today. What we have been through, what we continue to go through, and how we rise again and again is profound. Our resilience, wisdom, and capacity to love and heal are beyond measure.

Clare Deale captures it so beautifully:

Have you ever felt like parts of you are in conflict?

Recently, during a mini self-healing with ClearTransmissions®, I had a powerful vision. A dark, primal part of me—appearing as a black panther—was battling something lodged deep within my body, wrapped tightly around my solar plexus. It was anger, resistance, pain refusing to let go…

Until I met it with awareness and love. I am here. I am listening. What do you need?

And in that presence, the fight stopped. The tightness unraveled, layer by layer, until I found myself back in my clear, calm centre.

When we meet these parts with love (instead of resistance), something shifts. The old fight softens. Our energy opens. And we step into a whole new version of ourselves, a more authentic self.
