Wowzers!

I just had a wonderful weekend teaching the fundamentals of Thai massage and energy healing to a really fantastic group of people.

It's the first time I've run this particular training - which is based on a unique, blended modality style that I've been developing over the past 10 years, and it honestly feels like it couldn't have gone any better!

I felt very much at ease and in my power in the most relaxed, open way. Stepping into my role as a teacher feels like a very organic, natural progression. It's such an exciting step and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

The participants were all really brilliant, super attentive and keen to learn. They all thoroughly enjoyed the course and got a lot from it. "Massively exceeded expectations" seemed to be the common theme of the sharing circle at the end.

Hearing everyone's genuinely heartfelt, positive feedback after everything was complete was quite honestly the happiest moment of the past 5 years of my life.

Feeling so much gratitude 🙏

I'm very much looking forward to running another one very soon, and am currently in the process of developing a follow up course - adding layers to what I've taught in this one, and going deeper into more advanced techniques and perspectives. I can see this developing exponentially.

So as many of you know, I'm an experienced professional massage therapist, multiple modality healing practitioner, and am no stranger to running events and retreats.

I've been wanting to officially start teaching for some time now and I and have been approached by several clients, friends and colleagues to do so - which feels really great, and I feel ready to step into that role.

I'm very excited to be offering a Thai massage, healing and relaxation weekend course in Stroud on January 17th / 18th.

We will be integrating traditional Thai massage floor techniques - from the toes to top of the head, with very grounded, practical energy healing / management techniques, breathwork and general stretching, with a dash of yoga and Qi-gong thrown in for good measure - ALL with no need for any specialised equipment, tables or massage oil.

I welcome ALL levels of experience - whether you are total beginner and are interested purely for personal exploration and self care, to gain more confidence in working with your friends and family, or if you are a trained therapist wanting to learn new floor based techniques and broaden your perspective on massage and healing work, I'm confident that this unique course, inspired by my considerable experience and multiple trainings in bodywork, healing and wellness modalities, has something to offer everybody.
