Hi guys, haven’t posted in a while! 💫

As we head into the festive period, I just wanted to remind everyone that I’m offering counselling sessions for all ages, with a special focus on supporting young people who may be waiting for a CAMHS referral. 💬

Sessions can be done 1:1 or in small groups, providing a safe and supportive space to talk, reflect, and start working on positive change. 🌱

Alongside counselling, I’m still offering a range of relaxation and wellbeing treatments, including:

☃️ As this year draws to an end, I want to say thank you to all my wonderful clients for your support during 2024. You have kept me very busy!

This is a reminder to book in your massages for the forthcoming month before I have a little relaxation of my own over the Christmas period. My last day of massaging before the New Year will be Friday 20th December before my return on Monday 6th January🎄

🌻 I just want to thank all of my wonderful clients for your continued support and understanding during my recent period of inactivity.
I am excited to share what has been going on behind the scenes.
Over the past few months, I have been dedicating my time towards building a massage cabin in order to have my own dedicated space so I can continue providing massage therapies in a more beautiful and functional environment! (with the help of my wonderful husband and friends)
In addition to my DIY endeavours, I have also expanded my knowledge and skills and completed my Level 2 Counselling Diploma and Traditional Thai Foot Massage Diploma!
I am eager to integrate new techniques and approaches into my practice and I am excited to share these treatments with you.
Whilst the cabin is not yet open for treatment, I will be updating you all with it's progress. In the meantime, you can still book in for treatments via WhatsApp.
Just another little note, my Instagram page is no longer working and is now unactive so please don't contact me on there!

Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been seeing Rae for upper back, shoulder & neck issues. I have nerve damage affecting my left arm and a metal shoulder replacement right hand side.

Since Rae has been working her magic, I have far less pain to the extent I have totally stopped taking pain killers, this has had the added bonus as I no longer suffer the side affects from these pills.
I have also found my movement and posture are very much improved.

For me this is a regular treatment that am very happy to do as I’m really feeling the benefit from it.
