“Find the joy in situations you hate!”
No thanks, sometimes s**t is just s**t. I cannot stand toxic positivity.
BUT what about if you actually keep choosing the s**t subconsciously ? 💩
• Toxic clients as “teaching me boundaries”
• Burnout as “showing me my limits”
• Financial stress as “building resilience”
• Being undervalued as “preparing me for better”
Nah mate. Sometimes an as***le is just an as***le.
BUT… here’s the plot twist that’ll f**k with your head:
What if you keep ending up in these situations because your subconscious believes it’s SAFER there?
What if part of you thinks:
💭 “I don’t deserve better”
💭 “This chaos feels familiar”
💭 “At least I know what to expect here”
💭 “Success means people will leave me”
Your brain isn’t trying to torture you - it’s trying to protect you with outdated programming from your 6 year-old self.
So no, don’t find joy in the s**t. But DO ask yourself:
✅ Why do I keep attracting this?
✅ What feels familiar about this struggle?
✅ What am I afraid will happen if things get better?
Sometimes the real work isn’t reframing the situation - it’s rewiring the beliefs that keep you stuck in it.
