Greta has been a qualified massage therapist since 2000 and expanded her expertise with sports massage therapy training in 2006. With a successful track record of treating hundreds of clients with various conditions, Greta has developed a unique and effective style of treatment that incorporates a variety of techniques she has mastered over the years.

We are delighted to welcome Cydney Hill to our wonderful team of professionals. Cydney is a Graduate Sports Therapist registered with the Society of Sports Therapists and has experience in a clinical setting as well as Step 5 Football.

Sports Therapy allows Cydney to assess, diagnose and treat sporting injuries as well as everyday injuries. She’s uses sports massage, mobilisations and taping to help treat injuries as well as offering exercise rehabilitation sessions.

Exercise rehabilitation sessions consists of personally prescribed exercises with an aim of restoring function and strength.

30 min Sports Massage= £30
1hr Sports Massage= £45

30 min Sport Rehabilitation Class= £30
1hr Sport Rehabilitation Class= £45
