I'm back from my trip. It feels like I havent seen you all in months !!!

BTW I hate hights and I did them all coz ya gotta do something that scares you everyday ..... even stepping on those scales !

What's on in group.....

C harity raffle on Saturday £1 a ticket all proceed going to our Race for Life fund....win a 6 week countdown plus various other prizes.. no normal raffle this week..
Even if you can't stay this week you can purchase a ticket as the draw will be done online and after group....

Our countdown offer starts this week six week countdowns cost £29.75 or £28.25 FOR OVER 60 free book will be ready for you the week after.

Remember to have ya holiday dates ready.

Voting for our man of the year is happening on Saturday... voting box will be in the kitchen with a drinks taster on the 7th June with our winner crowned.

That’s right – the mischievous little fluffball has finally been caught and held accountable for his crimes…
Mainly of 𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 with an avalanche of chocolatey temptations over Easter!

After a fair (and slightly melty) trial, he’s been found 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁𝘆 and is now safely behind burrow bars, where he can’t distract us from our 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 any longer!
