Before-and-after from one hour working on lower back pain, especially with bending forward.

My client used to really struggle with simple things like putting on his socks 🧦 and getting moving in the mornings. After our session, he can bend forward much further without pain, feels more mobile overall, and—most importantly—can now put his socks on with ease 🤩

Carpal Tunnel 🤲🏻

Pins and needles in the fingers and hands; Ache/Pain in fingers, hands or arm, Weakness in hand strength/grip, Numbness in the hands are all symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome👎🏼

Common in those with jobs using heavy vibrations machinery 👷🏻‍♂️repetitive hand and wrist movements like typing and using a mouse 👩🏻‍💻 Also very common in pregnancy due to hormones! 🤰
