Hi everyone. Lexi here! Unfortunately I am posting this from the hospital where I have been for the past couple of weeks. Some of you have already had appointments cancelled or rescheduled and I am so grateful for your patience. Even more unfortunately, I am going to be recovering for a while from surgical intervention and won’t be back to gonging or doing treatments until some point in December.

Please note that all gong baths will be cancelled, with the next one scheduled for 19th December at the Old School Hall in Long Melford. As for treatments, whilst I cannot offer any at the moment, the amazing Nikki is available on Tues/Weds/Thurs for reflexology, Indian Head Massage and crystal healing and the lovely Sharon offers all holistic therapies on Weds/Thurs.

I am doing okay and getting lots of support to get on the mend as quickly as possible.I hope to see you all on the other side of this madness very very soon! 🤍
