Hot and cold Stone Reflexology

If you love and benifit from traditional Reflexology then this is a treatment you will love.

The Benefits are :
You relax much deeper as the heat from the stones penentrates deep into the muscles and ligaments, giving relief to painful feet and lower legs, as the lower legs are also massaged.

You will receive a full Reflexology treatment, the hot stones are used before during and after the treatment.

This may help Arthritis in the feet and ankles, back pain, stress and mental health and much more.

Maysland school for holistic Therapies also offers a certificated course in Hotstone Reflexology for those who are already qualified in Reflexology.
It's a one day course.

A printed manual and lunch will be provided.

You will learn the principles of Indian head massage, appropriate anatomy and psychology and massage techniques to give a treatment.

How to start your buisness
What equipment you will need.

You will need to send me 4 case studies to receive your certificate after your training.

You will give and receive a treatment for your practical assessment.
And a short written exam.

This very relaxing treatment is given seated and you will be working on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head, scalp , hair and face.

This will be a beneficial treatment for those who have there own business, working in a salon, or hairdressers or for a mobile service.

Such a lovely recommendation from Leanne and her husband who had a winter caravan chill out pamper stay with me yesterday.
They both chose Indian head massage and had a cream tea with all the accessories my cosy caravan supplies. 💜

I cant trust the weather but I can trust you will be well looked after and cosy.

This is still available through to April then the Rustic sheds will be open and available in May and the caravan will be an extra space to use too.

Look out for my August special pamper days for the summer holidays for 2 adults and up to 4 children!
