HOT AND COLD STONE REFLEXOLOGY TRAINING
At Maysland School for Holistic Therapies Hundon Suffolk.

This was last Saturdays training day I had one student but i go up to two only.
This course is only open to those who are already qualified as a Reflexologists as I don't teach Reflexology, just how to use Hotstones safely with your own routine.

The emphasis is on practical hands on training giving you time to get to know your stones and when and how to use them so the practical assessment is giving and receiving a 30min treatment, once you have seen me demonstrating how to use the stones and once you have practiced and feel confident to give the treatment I let you decide. 5 case studies will be needed to qualify.

The manual is comprehensive and will give you all the information you need we both read through this first discussing any questions you may have.
You will learn about the history, benifits and when not to use them.

The benifts of adding Hotstones to your own routine and clients are going to give them ;
Deeper relaxation as the heat goes 6 to 7 cm into the feet, muscles and tendons.
The stones help Arthritis pain in the feet and ankles which can really help.
Back pain, shoulder pain and pain in other areas can be relieved.

You will receive a printed manual, lunch and refreshments and a small bottle of cleaning fluid.

When you arrive you can choose to use the chill out shed or cosy caravan to chill and relax in while you waite for your treatment.
The caravan has a DVD TV so you can chat and chill with a movie, with pop corn and chocolates.
Or you can just choose to relax in my beautiful grounds listening to the birds or both as you hire it all day.

My cosy treatment cabin will give you total relaxation with your chosen treatment with climate control heating and air-conditioning.

Well behaved dogs are allowed.
The caravan has a microwave so you can bring extra food for the evening.

I cant guarantee the weather but I can guarantee you will be totally spoilt

Hotstone Reflexology is a beneficial, relaxing treatment for those who love Reflexology to give a deeper chill out and to help reducefoot pain. You can try a treatment on my bargain Thursday this is every week or a bargain tuesday 2 x a month for £30
