🌟 Tray’s Loving Transformation Update 🌟
The past few weeks have been incredible 🙌 training has been going so well, staying consistent, and falling back in love with it ❤️. It’s becoming a habit again… just like it used to be 💪✨.
Every change I see in my body, I’m LOVING 🥹 and that’s huge for someone who spent years struggling with body dysmorphia, basing her worth on her body, and constantly fat-shaming herself.
Right now, I’m at my lowest weight since COVID 🎯 and I’m not doing it by cutting everything out — I’m tracking calories, eating a balanced diet, and still enjoying an ice cream 🍦 or a cheeky kebab 🥙 when I fancy it!
Now that my dog 🐾 is on the mend, we’re back out enjoying walks 🚶♀️🐕 which are amazing not just for keeping active, but for my mental health too 🧠💛. Fresh air, movement, and those little moments together do wonders for the soul 🌿.
This journey isn’t just about the physical changes — it’s about how I feel and the energy that comes with that ✨. It’s been a mindful journey filled with love ❤️, and that’s so important… yet something so many of us skip when chasing change.
For the first time ever… I genuinely love my progress ❤️ every part of this journey. And that’s massive.
