My journey hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been built on 20 years in teaching, a deep-dive into the structure of Law, and over half a decade spent as an Advanced Aesthetician and Holistic Therapist.
I have known what it is to be ‘out of my body’.
I’ve navigated the physical toll of miscarriages and the relentless grind of single parenthood. I’ve reached the point where my body felt like an alien—exhausted, heavy, and broken by a serious knee injury. I didn’t just lose my fitness; I lost my sense of Sovereignty.
The agility and strength I have today at 48 isn’t ‘luck.’ It’s a deliberate, clinical reclamation.
