First and foremost, I’m your biggest fan. I want all and only good things for you. I’m on your side and in your corner. My treatment room is a vault- what you say in Armadillo stays in Armadillo. Now we’ve got that clear, let me tell you a couple of things we all know only too well.
1. Life is hard, complicated and women in midlife tend to carry a LOT;
2. No one gets to judge you or your choices other than YOU;
3. Sometimes we think the problem is one thing but it’s actually something else (or a load of things);
4. Sometimes we just needed someone to listen, or community, movement, friendship, headspace;
5. Sometimes we really do just want that bloody forehead line to go away, we don’t want to look cross all the time (apparently sometimes we’re not even cross)!
6. A massive part of my job (and probably the part I treasure the most) is to listen to you and intuit what you need the most on any given day.
7. So, occasionally I will gently suggest that you hold off on a particular treatment for a bit and just have a gentle, soothing rose scented facial or join one of the classes in the Armadillo studio, or buy yourself some pink fluffy preloved shoes from the Armadillo boutique (you know who you are)!
8. Holistic means a whole system approach. It’s where an ADHD brain like mine that constantly makes connections between scraps of information is an absolute gift.
9. It means every treatment is unique, bespoke and perfectly tailored to you.
10. So yes, sometimes I say no…Or not yet. Or maybe this? Or let’s try something else first. I put you in control, I explain every step, every move and every reason. You’re giving me your trust and in return I give you the highest possible standard of care, integrity, honesty and skill.
It’s why this month, like almost every month since I started in this business 6 years ago, I’ve achieved a 100% client retention rate and most of my new clients are through word of mouth recommendations.
Thank you. I love you. And sometimes I’ll tell you no. 💕💕💕💕✨✨✨🙏🙏🙏
