Spirit Guide & Helpers Day
Do you have a spirit guide?
Yes! In the same way we each have guardian angels watching over & protecting us, we also have one or more spirit guides. Your guide(s) have a variety of roles & appear & interact with us in different ways.

What are spirit guides?
Spirit guides have many ‘guises’ & come from many sources. Your guide might be a deceased relative who communicates with you in a way that you recognise, or the energy may feel unfamiliar. A guide may be someone who has reached an advanced level of Soul development & has now chosen to guide those here on Earth. They can appear in dreams, bring messages & ideas directly into your mind or assist you to feel ‘urges’ which guide you one way or another on the physical or spiritual path ahead. They are very good at bringing us the right piece of information at the right time.

You might have a prominent animal guide who acts as a companion or brings you the attributes of the animal itself (a dog brings loyalty or a fox cunning), or you may have an advanced soul like an Ascended Master (Jesus, Buddha &Krishna are Ascended Masters).

However, they show themselves to you, relax, listen & enjoy their company. This is exactly what we will do in this workshop:

Eagle Spirit – Freedom – 13
This is the card of lifting your spirits and taking flight. Be daring as you go beyond predictable behaviour. Be joyful and release any restrictions on your freedom. This is the first step to reclaiming your power. Do not allow yourself to be trapped by convention or the expectations of others.

25th October - 10am to 4pm
We will take a look at how Crystals are created and birthed by the Earth, and how you can use their energy to heal and support you and your home.

The manual.
A lot of this first part will be spoken, but you will get this all in a manual you can keep and take home. The manual will be a little more in depth than what I have just given you, or what we cover on the day, because I want this workshop to be about experience, and to achieve that, we will have to 'do' rather than lecture.

We will then go deeper into how to set intention for choosing crystals, not just when you buy them, but for when you need to use them for healing at home.

You can cleanse them, with all the elements, of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit, before connecting with your crystals, so that when you charge them, you are enhancing their energy and not conflicting with it.

We will look at how to ground with them and use them for protection, before we go through how to look after your crystals as you move on.

You will experience a session of crystal healing, so that you know first-hand how they work with your body’s own natural energy. Don’t forget crystals have energy too.

Placing crystals on grids, pendulums, and crystal wands can all play their part, as well as elixirs and paper wishes.

All this on one day? That is because you will have a comprehensive manual to take home with you, which means we can concentrate on the experience.

Tarot Tuesday…
Aspen – Courage – 3

Trees have an unseen network of help and support from the Earth around them. The network is rarely seen, but the trees communicate, feed and get nourishment without any condition, from the world around them.

This card is asking you to be aware of the network of support that you have and if needed build up the courage to ask for help. This may be help from friends and family, but it goes deeper than that and asks that you trust in the world around you and all that it brings, unconditionally.

If this resonates with you today, ask and you will receive. It may not be in the way that you expect, but trust and believe that it will come. Have the courage to wait, and then have the courage to accept, then have the courage to take action. Be fearless.

The number 3 is a magic number. Harmony, wisdom and understanding, completeness and effectiveness. It is the number of natural order.
