🏰 Our visit to Mont Orgueil Castle in Jersey to meet the incredible team dedicated to making this 800-year-old landmark more inclusive and accessible.

With its 200 steps, this might just be a record step count for The Stair Climbing Company! 💪

It’s truly commendable to see Jersey Heritage exploring such meaningful measures to ensure that everyone can experience this important piece of history.

A visit to Wentworth Woodhouse with a very commendable brief - everyone should be able to enter through the front door of this beautiful, grand building. We showcased our Skyline Stair Climber to show how this is possible with no permanent fixtures required. A wheelchair user or someone with mobility issues can navigate the grand entrance and ensure that every level of this stunning building is accessible.

A huge thank you to Wentworth Woodhouse for having us and for embracing accessibility in your historic and wonderful setting. And of course, thanks to our brilliant hosts and willing volunteers Donald Insall Associates You helped us demonstrate what true access looks like.

✨OTAC Watford!
It was fantastic for Chris & Roisin to meet so many lovely OTs yesterday at Occupational Therapy Adaptation Conference and hear the amazing stories of how you’re making a crucial difference.

One story that stood out was from an OT who wanted to help her client enjoy something as simple as going out for a cup of coffee — and our Stair Climber made it possible. ☕

OTAC Watford was our last show of the year, and what a great way to wrap things up!

Our stair climbers are used to carry wheelchair users, or less able individuals, up and down stairs. We offer a core range of specialist and custom built models to accommodate all stairs and client’s needs in a safe and comfortable manner. Our stair climbers are available to everyone, child or adult, and we ensure all of our clients receive a bespoke solution that’s right for them.

What is a stair climber? A stair climber is a battery-powered, fully mobile piece of equipment that ascends and descends staircases, either by seat or as a wheelchair carrier.

We offer a great range of compact, easy to use powered stair climbers that are ideal for both home and commercial use. All of our stair climbers can be separated into two pieces for safe storage and easy transportation, and can be easily charged. What’s more, all of our stair climbers come with a two year manufacturer’s warranty.
