Pilates can stimulate the release of happy endorphins. Endorphins are natural mood boosters that can help reduce stress, anxiety, and even depression. Pilates, like other forms of exercise, increases blood flow and stimulates the production of endorphins. The mindful focus on breathwork and precise movements in Pilates also contributes to a calm and positive mental state!

People who know me well know I love a good laugh on and of the Pilates mat!
