Take a look at the video of Graham (see my previous post about his journey from March 20, 2025). I have to say, seeing this is worth more to me than any award I could receive.
Graham has been coming to me for approximately eight months. He started off with nearly one treatment every week, and since April, we have reduced it to every other week because of the progress he is making. With Ross’s help from Have fun, Get Fit , through exercises, walking, and more, Graham’s muscles have started to get stronger. He is also taking accountability for what he needs to do to help his body heal. I won’t lie; I had to have a few serious conversations with him to get to this stage, but we got there in the end.
Graham is now walking on the treadmill daily and has worked up to 21 continuous minutes. This isn’t just flat walking; the treadmill is moving up and down during this time. He is also doing his exercises every day. His mind is getting sharper, and we can tell this by the way he interacts with us. His wife, Eam, mentioned that it’s as if something has clicked into place, and she can see the old Graham returning to her. Hearing this truly melted my heart.
I couldn’t be prouder of Graham. I will post another update on his progress and recovery in a month or so, as I know many of my clients are following his story.
