So long Gemini ♊️ Szn and Partner Yoga 👯‍♂️ Zodiac Flow .

You were SO much fun!

If Gemini ♊️ is the sign of connection, communication, curiosity and not taking things too seriously Partner Yoga has all of those in spades.

Yoga can get pretty serious…ask any teacher who’s ever had a sea of Resting Yoga Faces looking expectantly at them in class 😐 but it can also be, SHOULD also be full of laughter, joy and fun.

I LOVE teaching my Zodiac Flow but Gemini ♊️ Szn has been the best yet!

THANK YOU to everyone who’s come to class in the last few weeks. It’s been an absolute pleasure to see you getting out of your comfort zones, trying something new, moving beyond your perceived limitations, laughing until you cried and making new friends along the way.

🌻SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION 🌞

The longest day Friday, 21st June. It’s the peak of the annual solar cycle and one of the 4 holy days in the astrological calendar.

It’s also my favourite of the Wheel of the Year festivals ☸️

I’m leading at workshop at and would love you to join me to celebrate Midsummer and what’s abundant in your life right now.

We’ll move through some creative Solar Flows, share tea and healthy snacks then dive into some slow, deep and juicy yin and restorative poses. Both practices are suitable for all abilities.
