Held in the embrace of our wood-fired sauna, this gathering weaves together traditional Baltic sauna ritual with an immersive sound journey designed to guide you into deep rest and renewal.

Inside the warmth:

🌿Soft leaf whisking to stimulate circulation and release tension

🎼A calming sound journey within the heat and in the yurt tent— grounding tones and vibrations that settle the mind

This gathering is about shared warmth and community care. I want it to feel accessible while also honouring the energy, preparation, and heart that goes into creating this experience.

Motherhood has been one of the most beautiful journeys of my life… but also one of the most exhausting.

Raising children in the UK often means doing so much on your own. In many traditional cultures it used to take a whole village to raise a child — aunties, grandmothers, neighbours, everyone sharing the care, the wisdom, the laughter.

Here, many mothers carry it quietly. The school runs, the meals, the emotions, the sleepless nights, the endless love.

As a mum of three, I know the deep joy… and the deep tiredness that comes with it. And today I just want to honour all mothers doing their best every single day.

So this Mother’s Day, maybe the best gift is simple:
A pause.
A breath.
A moment of warmth.

Maybe even a sauna. 🔥❄️

Because mothers deserve to be held by the village too.

Today we celebrate women. 🌿

Not just the strong ones.
Not just the successful ones.
But the tired ones. The healing ones. The rediscovering-themselves ones.

On this International Women’s Day, I honour the ancient wisdom carried in women’s bodies — the cycles, the softness, the fire, the intuition.

Through our SHE: Sauna Rituals, through steam, salt, honey, herbs and lake water… I witness women remembering who they are. Not the roles. Not the pressure. Just the essence.

As a woman, a mother, a daughter, a space-holder — and walking my own journey through change and pre-menopause — I have felt how powerful it is when women gather. When we slow down. When we breathe. When we sweat. When we rest.

Sauna has always been a women’s healing temple in Baltic culture. A place to be born, to release, to cleanse, to begin again.

Today I celebrate YOU.
Your resilience. Your softness. Your wildness. Your becoming.
