Buying and installing a stairlift seemed daunting, having to accept it was necessary. From the very first contact Kudos were friendly and reassuring.
I got a quote from them based on the Which reports, along with two other providers. From the very first meeting with Trevor, he took his time, listened and was very calm and patient. This gave me confidence in choosing Kudos (they were priced in the middle of the three quotes).
Then a very thorough survey - again, very friendly, polite and reassuring that I was doing the right thing. The installation was seamless - Troy and Brandon were lovely, so clean and tidy, and the whole experience was much less disruptive than I thought it would be. As for the stairlift (Flow X) - it is brilliant! Looks good, very smooth and easy to operate!
Laura in the office is also very kind and lovely. The whole team are wonderful and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Kudos if you’re looking for a stairlift installer."
