My little chap is 9 months old now.
9 months of running after the 3 year old whilst juggling the new baby is enough to definitely burn a few extra calories BUT I’m confident to say that there is no way I could get back to where I am after two babies without
Absolute game changer.
Not only aesthetically. Frankly that’s the least important...
My back is strong, my posture is good, my balance is back, I am back to full fitness for netball training, my pelvic floor is solid as a rock and I feel good after doing it!!!!!
Pilates you rock my world.
If anyone is interested in doing 121’s in TW16 & remotely!!! I’ve got remote classes running AND the next venture.....

What's been happening on APPI PilatesTV?

By the end of next week we will have brought 25 new classes to APPI PilatesTV in just over 2 months!

Including the 18 we have already added, we will be bringing 7 BRAND NEW CLASSES next Friday too!

So this is me now nearly five months postnatal with my gorgeous second boy Oliver after a huge pregnancy! I’m so proud of my body, the journey it’s taken, the stress it’s been put under and the trauma of it all.
I have one huge thing to thank for the ability to feel as confident, strong and ache free as I do now. And that’s PILATES 💜

I have been practicing for twenty years, teaching other people since university and been teaching physios and other allied health care professionals to be pilates instructors themselves for over ten years now.
It’s a game changer. It can be a life changer.

I’ve got some very exciting things in the pipeline for Autumn, I’m putting together a members only area on Fitworxs.com; a library of videos and classes for you guys to use but I’m also starting a new 6 week online course of pilates classes next week!
Monday’s 6-7pm & Thursdays 9-10am.

With all the crazy changes that have been happening this year and the successful online work I’ve been doing, a new project is in the pipeline.
It’s a really exciting time for me but pushing the boundaries of my ability to multitask!
Thank God he is little enough to snuggling under one shoulder whilst the big one is having a proper nap so that I can crack on with an hours work 😇😇

Finished filming classes today.
Things I learnt today.
1) don’t do tuck jumps after lunch
2) microphones don’t like tuck jumps
3) tuck jumps were A BAD CHOICE 🤣🤣
