I'm soooooo ready for summer!!!
How does this make you feel?
Have you booked a lovely holiday to help chase away the post christmas grumps??
Well It makes me feel excited!!
Because It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW!
There really is no better time!
It may be cold and dark, raining (or even snowing where you are!) but it won’t be for long.
Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.
What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.

Even just 1lb a week would have you 2 stone lighter!

2025 may be drawing to a close......But the exciting thing is 2026 is a whole new year of opportunities, experiences and its all waiting for us to explore..... who knows where it could take us!

For me, its back to my target weight.... its where I want to be, not just for the way I look but mostly for my health.

So whatever 2025 threw at you, if you want 2026 to be healthier & happier, and weightloss is on your to do list then pop down to one of our groups (doesn't have to be mine..... although I would love to meet you)
