It was a privilege to provide a platform for healthcare professionals and family members to 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞. Today we had 7 people join from all over the country, this reinforces why these free sessions are so vital for the wider community. 🤝

Recently, our Customer Care Lead, Dee, noticed a customer was in pain and at risk of falls. When the initial channels hit a snag, Dee didn't just move on; she pushed harder to ensure the District Nurses and the Falls Team were prioritised for the customer.

Happy National Pigs in Blankets Day! Things have taken a very tasty turn in the Acacia NWS office today.

While we are usually busy ensuring our care plans are "organized and efficient," today we’ve paused to celebrate this classic British snack. 🇬🇧✨ It’s a great chance for the office staff to catch up, and enjoy some Pigs in Blankets before the afternoon rush begins.

We believe that a happy, well-fed office team leads to better support for our amazing Angels out across Surrey. 🚗💨
