To help the NHS reduce the cost of SMS we are actively trying to find alternative ways of communicating with our patients.

If you have the NHS app please ensure your notifications are switched on in order to receive SMS as this is free of charge.

Please can you ensure that your mobile number and email address are up to date with the practice.
Sending an SMS by email is still at a cost to the NHS but it is a less of a cost than SMS to your mobile number.
