🌈It finally happened, I’m an official Reiki Master. 🥹🥳

🌈My Reiki journey originally started during lockdown when I was a depressed hot mess, I was attuned to Level 1 in 2022 and Level 2 in 2023 which is when I started holding appointments with you lot.

🌈In honesty I never planned on becoming a Reiki Master. I was quite happy in my lane, doing my own thing but this year I’ve felt a huge push to go for it and here we are. It just seemed that life was far too hectic to commit my full attention to the preparation needed. Im actually grateful as it’s made me realise that I need to slow down and stop trying to do everything at once.

🧿 I've been running The Professional Widow for nearly 5 years (crazy). It started with selling crystals from a trunk in my bedroom to now running an appointment-only studio in Sunderland, where not only can you browse and purchase said crystals, ritual aids and esoteric tomes, but also take time for yourself with a treatment.

🧿 I've been a holistic and beauty therapist for over 3 years now, with facials being what I’m probably best known for. I love making people feel amazing, and I consider my purpose on the planet as a healer. I'm constantly learning new modalities so my treatments always improve and evolve.

✨ Girl Math unlocked… ✨

I’d been eyeing up vitamin injections for ages — then realised I already had everything I needed to train in intramuscular injections. So obviously, I did just that 💉

On Sunday I went to a Full Moon Circle hosted by and . Involving meditation, EFT, reiki drumming and oracle card pulling. It was a lovely intimate setting and I left feeling emotional but definitely lighter as I have had a lot on lately and really needed an outlet to purge. The cards I pulled were scary accurate too.
