I joined Slimming World at a time when I felt really lost and alone, after trying every diet going and believing nothing would ever work for me. That one decision changed my life. I went on to lose nine stone, reach target, and gain confidence, happiness, and freedom with food.
Food Optimising didn’t just change my life it changed my family’s too. I love showing people that you don’t have to miss out to lose weight. You can enjoy food, cook proper meals, and still get amazing results.
Our group is a safe, welcoming place just friends you haven’t met yet. We support each other, laugh together, and celebrate every success, Watching members grow in confidence and achieve things they once thought were impossible is why I love what I do 💛
