We all have our own weight-loss dreams ✨. Different starting points, different motivations, and different goals ❤️.
For me it would be back to being the best I ever felt 3 and a half stone lighter. It's been a difficult couple of years health wise for myself and my family but I'm never giving up on my weight loss journey, the buzz, the joy and confidence it gave me, along with becoming a consultant so that I could have the skills and knowledge to help others on their journey.
Take a moment to imagine where you could be in a week, a month, or even a year.
This is your journey, at your pace – I’d love to support you every step of the way 🥰.

Im absolutely loving the Blueberry Pancakes with a big dollop of fat free Greek Yoghurt and fresh fruit on top, the Garlic and Coriander Nans, Bang Bang Chicken and Korean Chicken and rice to name just a few😀
