📣 WEATHER ALERT 📣

Due to weather conditions you may experience some disruption during clinic appointment times. Potential cause could be delays in patients commuting to there appointments causing potential delays in the smooth running of our clinics. We also need to consider our staff who need to travel in safely.

Safety to both our patients and staff is paramount.

If you cannot attend due to the weather or any other reason please REMEMBER to CANCEL your appointment. If you have access to the NHS APP you can cancel any of your appointments here this will save you trying to get through on the surgery line.

It has an easy access A-Z index which is related to most common child illnesses It has lots of resources about what to do if your child becomes unwell. The practice is looking for people of all ages and backgrounds who are enthusiastic about influencing and improving the way local healthcare is delivered.

Sort out the shed, tidy up the garage, and take a peek in the loft… South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is asking for your help to return walking aids that are no longer in use.

If you’ve got crutches, sticks or zimmer frames tucked away, why not give them a second life?

📍 Drop-off points are now open at:

✅ South Tyneside District Hospital

Each item will be checked, cleaned, and repaired if needed - ready to support another patient on their journey to recovery.
