Just in case you were wondering why Rachel has disappeared from the timetable…she’s having a baby!

Congratulations to Rachel & hubby Stef on the fantastic news, although I’m sure some of you will have guessed by now.

So Rachel is taking some time away from the pod and her popular Sunday morning classes are being covered by Shelley & Nic over the summer.

Did you know we also run outdoor classes over the summer?
Join us for a Saturday morning yoga flow on the beach at Seaburn or a park yoga class, details coming very soon.
Classes are open to all levels and are booked online in advance.
Most memberships cover our outdoor classes or you can purchase a single beach yoga pass for £10.

Our beautiful, warm studio space is a haven to escape to when you need some time for yourself. We are tucked away on the first floor in Everyone Active in Silksworth, just follow the scent of lavender and bergamot!
