At Slimming World, we believe that exercise is for everyone ๐Ÿ™Œ In group, youโ€™re surrounded by ๏ธ friends whoโ€™ll support you on your journey to becoming more active ๐Ÿคธโ€ โ€“ no matter your fitness level or lifestyle ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ„. Also just to add at Roker Methodist Church we have a personal trainer - Team Dynamic they want to work along side us at slimming world as they provide help and support in all things body magic and for all ages, disabilities ect BUT what's even better they are running a FREE over 50's class every Tuesday what a great way to add a little touch of body magic!

What a wonderful turn out yesterday for the reopening of the lower halls at Roker Methodist Church, it's been an unbelievable journey as a business to have been part of this incredible transformation, when we took this job on it was initially just to lower & insulate the ceiling and renew the windows to aluminium double glazers units to keep within the conversion area, but it became so much bigger, BDS group Nationwide are proud and honoured to have taken on this project because
1, it's the heart of our community and we want to see this beautiful building stay and thrive as a community building.
2, I also rent the hall to run my slimming world group every Saturday 7.30 & 9am โค๏ธ

I'm sooooo excited to get back in on Saturday and run my first group back in tour usual hall โค๏ธ

I also want to thank Karen and the congregation for the beautiful flowers and my favourite jelly's! it was a lovely surprise so thank you all โค๏ธ

Now onto the next phase and the top halls!!

So after 4 months the bottom halls of the church re opens tomorrow, to be part of such a transformation has been truly amazing, not only do I rent the hall on a Saturday for my slimming world group 7.30 & 9am but our company BDS Group Nationwide Ltd has carried out the refurbishment so tomorrow is a very proud, exciting and emotional day for me, the Church holds a special place in my heart, over the 5 years I've became very close with the community and built fabulous relationships with the congregation, so to see the reaction to the transformation tomorrow is going to be so exciting, everyone is welcome to pop along at 2.30 to have a look around.

Then next Saturday we are back in our normal hall and I can't wait!! So for one last week we are in the church for our group tomorrow, so if your planning on visiting us it's main gates then to the left, we open 7.30 and 9am โค๏ธ
