Busy weekend just gone, out again on Sunday for the Dalton Park 10k. Came 5th out of 105 🏃🏻
Then a deserved family refuel at Uno Momento 🍕

Tried something different today and jumped into a 1500m on the track 🏃🏻

Safe to say… that hurt more than expected. Good reminder that stepping outside your usual events keeps things honest.

Solid day overall:
1st — 110m Hurdles
1st — 400m Hurdles
2nd — 4x400 Relay

Nothing flashy, just getting the work done and testing the legs in different ways.

Quick reset now and back out again for a 10K tomorrow morning. Looking forward to seeing what’s left in the tank 💪🏼

Out here looking daft in the rain 🌧️ but every step is for an amazing cause 💛

Training for the Great North Run and raising money for Heel & Toe Children’s Charity, even when it’s not glamorous.

Little setback this week with an injury, so training’s on pause… but I’ll be back at it soon 💪

Last weekend with the Harriers lot 🥾

We walked the Fairfield Horseshoe; 9 wainwrights ticked off and 10-11 miles of walking which took us over 7 hours. Another great weekend away in the lakes 💪🏼

Been a busy few months with moving house but still going strong with weekly massages at The Old Pit Practice, Durham 💪🏼
