Passed away peacefully on December 22nd aged 69 years.
An adored Husband of Bernie.
Loving Son of the Late Mary and Gerard.
A Treasured Dad of Kerry, Claire, Emma, Amy, Ashleigh, Danielle and Paul.

A Cherished Granda of Megan, Nadine, Tia, Faith, Sydney, Kobe, Romey, Nate and Kleo.

A much loved Great Granda of Zach, Zaine and Finn.

Also a dear Brother, Brother in law, Father in law, Uncle and Friend of many.

Family and friends please meet for service at South Shields Crematorium on Tuesday January 13th at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to The Stroke Unit Sunderland Royal Hospital.

All welcome afterwards for refreshments to the Greyhound to celebrate Paul’s life.

Loved and remembered always and forever in our hearts ###

Passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on December 21st, aged 74 years.

A much loved partner of Joy. A doting Dad of Kelly, special Stepdad, Step Granda, Uncle and friend of many.

Family and friends please meet for service at South Shields crematorium on Monday 12th of January at 2pm.

Family flowers only please,
donations if so desired to guide dogs for the blind. 

All welcome afterwards for refreshments to the Alberta social club Jarrow.

Passed away peacefully after a long illness on December 10th aged 52 years.

A much loved Daughter of Veronica and Peter.
Devoted Mam of Lenin.
Loving partner of John.
A caring Sister of Peter and partner Lindsay. Josh, Jack and Jamie.
Also a special Auntie of Nathan, Harvey and Hunter.

At families request a private service will be held in memory of Julie.

There is an invitation for friends of Julie to join the family for refreshments at the Longship in Hebburn on Tuesday December 30th from 5pm onwards.

As the year draws to a close, it’s common to think of the people who are special to us – especially those we've lost. That’s why we’ve chosen to take part in Light a Candle.

From 15 to 21 December we’ll be posting digital candles in memory of those who can’t be with us during the festive season. If you’d like to create a virtual candle, please click the following link where you can choose a design and write a short message to a loved one.

We’re pleased to announce the return of Light a Candle this Christmas!

Taking part in this Christmas’s Light a Candle gives you the opportunity to create online memorials throughout the festive period.

Christmas is a special time to celebrate with family and friends, and our virtual candles are a thoughtful way to pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.

We'll be sharing virtual candles on our page between 15 and 21 December. There's no cost for you or your family to get involved and create an online memorial.

Passed away after a long fought battle on Novemeber 28th, aged 69.

A beloved Wife of the late Arthur Anderson (Art). A much loved Mam of Annemarie, Craig and Darren. A cherished Gran of Caleb, Jackson, Avery and Greyson. A special Sister of Stephen and Sister in law to Sharon . A loving Aunty to Gemma and Scott. Also a dear friend of many, with special mention to David, Avis, Katie and Leo.

Family and friends please meet for service at South Shields Crematorium on Friday 19th December at 9.45am.

Family flowers only please donation if so desired in aid of Cancer Research UK. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
