PR/SM Fully qualified and insured, and a member of the FHT.

I qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist with Sunderland College and now work from home, providing deep tissue treatments. I also volunteer at Houghton Rugby Club, providing maintenance and pre-match treatments for the men's first team, and will be attending this year's Great North Run as a volunteer therapist.

🚨⚽ SHOUT OUT to volunteer for the club. Angela Kirtley from PR/SM sports massage has again agreed to stay with us for her 3rd season and help the lads out whenever needed for pre/post match massages to get those aching muscles sorted. Wether its 1 session needed or multiple sessions needed throughout the season it's a massive help and it's very much appreciated by all of us here.
