Thorncliffe Home Care is looking for an experienced and organised Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role within our service, ensuring our Service Users receive safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.

🔹 As Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Completing weekly staff schedules and ensuring all Service User calls are fully covered
• Managing staff rotas to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care
• Monitoring staff-to-client ratios
• Working closely as part of the care team to allocate staff appropriately
• Directing, mentoring, and supervising care staff to maintain high quality standards
• Ensuring care is delivered in line with each Service User’s individual needs and wishes

🔹 Essential Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year’s experience in Domiciliary Care
✔ Flexible availability
✔ Strong IT skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to work well under pressure
