I invite you to join me for a sound bath FACT Cancer Support in Wrekenton.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where you lie down comfortably and listen to soothing, layered sounds created by instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes.
There’s no water involved the “bath” just refers to being surrounded by sound.
During a session, all you need to do is lie or sit down, close your eyes and allow the sounds to do the rest.

💚Helpful to get a good nights sleep
No experience is necessary… we welcome groups of people as well as anyone who would like to come on their own. We will make sure that you feel completely welcome.
Please note, Sound Healing is not recommended for people within their first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have UNMANAGED severe mental health issues, or if you have had a seizure within the last three months.
What you need to bring a mat to lie down on, a warm cosy blanket, pillow or pillows - you may wish to bring one for behind you knees to ensure your comfort whilst laying on your back. Wear warm layers as you body temperature will change during the sound bath.
