Advanced full body massage incorporating remedial and deep tissue techniques, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage alongside relaxing Swedish massage techniques.

Face, head and neck massage also included using techniques aimed to help with sinus drainage, smoothing fine lines and easing tension and fatigue.

(Techniques will vary as each treatment is adapted on an individual basis)

A 45 minute treatment that is tailored toward helping relieve tension and stress in the upper body and head.

Back, neck and shoulder massage using an oil infused with eucalyptus and lavender to help work out any adhesions or knots.

Followed by a head massage, using rosemary oil, concentrating on specific acupressure points.

Carried out in a cosy, warm atmosphere on a heated bed.

Holistic head massage

A deeply relaxing treatment that focuses on the upper back, Shoulders, neck, scalp and face. This treatment is designed to reduce stress and relieve tension. Its a fab treatment if you suffer from headaches, migraines, sinus issues or neck tension.

During this treatment i use soothing massage techniques along with trigger point and acupressure techniques to leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and tension/pain free.

I have a choice of a few different variations of this treatment

Basic 45 mins of relaxation for £30

Melt into a heated bed while warm oil is massaged into your scalp, neck and shoulders. Soothing massage techniques are carried out to help the stress and tension float away.

Or

Luxury holistic head - 75 mins of pure bliss for £45.

Melt into a heated bed while warm oil ia massaged into your scalp, neck and shoulders.

A double cleanse facial is next on the list which includes a facial massage.

Float away while a warming eye mask relieves any tension in the eye area and soothing hair brushing is carried out to help relieve and anxiety.

A choice of either mini foot/lower leg massage or hand/lower arm massage is also included.

Why not add hopi ear candles or ice globe facial for £10 per treatment.
