🌟 We’re Expanding! Venues Wanted in Roker, Fulwell, Seaburn & Whitburn 🌟

Team Dynamic is growing our FREE Fitness & Mobility Classes for Over 40s/50s, and we’re looking for welcoming community venues to partner with.

We’re especially seeking spaces in Roker, Fulwell, Seaburn & Whitburn available on:

🕕 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6–7pm

But we’re also exploring morning, afternoon, and evening sessions across other days as we build a wider timetable for our community.

If you or your venue would love to support accessible, inclusive wellbeing programmes for local residents, we’d love to hear from you.

FREE community fitness sessions – coming soon

We’re developing free, low‑intensity fitness classes for:

• Parents
• Grandparents
• Carers
• Adults aged 40+ and 50+

Sessions will focus on:

✅ Gentle movement and mobility
✅ Reducing everyday aches and stiffness
✅ Helping people move more freely and confidently
✅ Improving strength and tone at a safe, manageable pace

No pressure. No high‑impact exercise.
Just supportive, pain‑aware movement in a welcoming space.
