I have 5 years experience in sports massage therapy for soft tissue rehabilitation and recovery for pre and post activity and also long term maintainance.
I also provide relaxation treatments and have more services coming soon - so watch this space!

I only use quality products and offer a choice of mediums: organic cold pressed grapeseed oil, organic extra Virgin coconut oil or locally sourced, hand made massage waxes.

Our beautiful clinic sits on the banks of the river Wear with breathtaking views and is easily accesible with ample free parking.

PRICING STRUCTURE:

30 mins - £35
e.g. back, shoulders and neck massage or leg and foot massage.

60 mins - £60
Ample time for a full body massage.

75 mins - £70
Full body with face and head massage.


By appointment only:

Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Monday: 9am - 2pm and 4pm - 8pm
