🦶A neurovascular assessment of your foot and lower limb where I check both your blood supply and condition of your arteries with a Doppler ultrasound device and nerve supply using a monofilament test.

🦶Nail trimming and filing, including reduction of thickened nails using a nail drill.

🦶Any hard skin (callus) removed or reduced using a scalpel and skin file.

🦶Application of an Urea based moisturiser to the feet to help with hydration of the skin.

🦶Advice on treatments for Athletes foot, fungal nails, verrucas, including stretching exercises for heel pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis or Achilles tendinopathies.
