Tried Shinob1 (at the back of Jacky Whites Market) for the first time yesterday. Great guy running it, fantastic food! I got talking to the owner and he was a big advocate of supporting local businesses so I thought I'd mention his place here. Give the place a try if you're in town, much better than the franchised noodle place that's just opened in The Bridges.
