Thank you to my friend Jackie for making me this lovely Christmas cake. I had the honour of looking after Jackie's son when he sadly passed away earlier this year. Quite often, I meet people in these sad circumstances. We start as family and funeral director and always end up friends. How lovely was it that Jackie thought of me whilst making her Christmas cakes? So thoughtful and so delicious. I hope your 2026 is as wonderful as you, Jackie.
