Not even gonna pretend this one wasn’t personal 😅
My upper traps have been absolutely fighting back lately, long days, bad phone posture, gym training…all the usual suspects.
Most people think tension just appears out of nowhere, but your traps are usually the first place your body starts storing pressure when life gets busy.
Then one proper release happens and suddenly:
-your jaw unclenches
- your shoulders drop
- you can breathe properly again
- and you realise you’ve been carrying stress like a backpack all week!
Anyone else holding the weight of the world on their shoulders at the minute or just me? 👀 😂
