With a strong background in occupational health physiotherapy, her expertise will help us to continue to deliver outstanding occupational health services.

“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family and my rescue dog Winston. I have a range of hobbies including long walks in the countryside, going to the gym, live music events and all things food! I enjoy drawing and painting, and more recently learnt modern calligraphy, making signs or stationary for several weddings.”

Meet the newest addition to the Sano Team!

"After serving in the British Army, I transitioned into a career in Personal Training, where I developed a strong passion for physical health and rehabilitation. I went on onto completing my degree at Northumbria University, and began my career in the NHS, gaining invaluable experience, and supporting patients with a wide range of conditions. Seeking to specialise further, I moved into musculoskeletal practice with Sano Physiotherapy, where I now apply my diverse background to deliver focused, evidence-based treatment and help clients achieve their recovery."
