Joining slimming world 🌎 was one of the best decision l made last year, l was feeling really low and had lost my confidence , but fast forward and with my determination and all the support l got from group I'm now at my target weight. So if anyone wants their buzz back this is the group for you ♥️

I joined Slimming World because I’d slowly stopped feeling like myself. Over time I’d gained weight, and somewhere along the way I lost my confidence too. I just wanted to feel comfortable in my own skin again and to recognise the person looking back at me and feel proud of her🩷
