Chloe attends our Wednesday 9.30 session at bede tower … just look at the difference in 20 wks ! 3st 5lbs gone ! The push was being refused for health cover when chloe bought her house … BMI coming down and just looking amazing 🩷

I LOVE ice cream so these were fab 😋 kvarg yoghurt , 1 laughing cow light triangle ( trust me mixed together makes a lovely cheesecake type mix ) and a bit of grated triple choc hi fi bar 😋
