Good evening everyone 🙋‍♀️☀️👍
What a beautiful day it’s been, so we’ve took advantage of the sunshine, sun hats on and off out to socialise on the decking. Refreshments, ice cream, read and reminisce was a perfect way to spend our day. Safety first at Springfield....sun cream, hats and lots of hydration!!
This morning we got ready for our weekly prize bingo, it's always a firm favourite here at Springfield. It was a full house of players, and we were all eagerly awaiting for the winning numbers! One of our gents called out the numbers today and what a smashing job he did, well done John!!
Lots of winners collecting a new selection of prizes finished off with music and cuppas all round.
We then had pet therapy visits from Teddy, and he was happy to greet everyone especially as they had his favourite treats ready, he's such a cutey!
Time now to relax, watch a movie and chill after a busy day🥰.

A busy appointment book again today, cut and blow waves, treatments, gents cuts and more. A wonderful day of vip pampering for our beautiful ladies and gents at Springfield with Carole-head of events/therapies/stylist 🙋‍♀️👌🩷

Happy Bank Holiday everyone 🙋‍♀️
We decided to start our day with some fun fitness this morning, work off some of that Easter chocolate and delicious food we’ve enjoyed. Music therapy and seated disco fitness with our exercise bands and poms made for an entertaining session with so much laughter thrown in!!🥛🍊We then had the all important hydration break, fruit and snacks and then outdoors for some social time in the sun.
Some of our gents watered the flowers while others simply took in the spring sunshine and a catch up 🌞.
1 to 1 Room visits, time to chat, share family news with a cuppa and then onto more 1 to 1s with read and reminisce sessions to interact and engage.
This afternoon we restocked the Springfield store and then got the cinema ready for a full afternoon of our favourite movies. The sweet trolley did the rounds, icecream, popcorn, snack trays and hot chocolate for our ladies and gents to enjoy as they sat back to enjoy some much needed relaxation therapy!!

Good afternoon all, we hope you’ve had an eggcellent Easter Sunday!!
We’ve enjoyed a delicious Sunday roast, and we’re looking forward to a tasty Easter buffet tea but…..for know we are off to relax, watch a movie and tuck into our Easter eggs from the Easter bunny! What a fantastic week full of Easter celebrations at Springfield 🙋‍♀️👒👌🎥

Happy Easter everyone, it’s been an amazing Good Friday here at Springfield. We just love to celebrate and today we certainly did that in style!! A lovely church service and coffee social this morning with friends and a visit from our very own Easter bunny then off to party afternoon.... We danced, we sang we enjoyed refreshments and a delicious evening meal in beautiful surroundings. Perfect!!
We are ready for some relaxation time, so its feet up and visits from family, chocolate and lots of movies!! Today with Carole 🩷🍿🍫🌼💃🕺

Happy Friday everyone 🙋‍♀️👍
We hope you all have as good of a day as we have here at Springfield!
We started with our Good Friday special service this morning, giving thanks in prayer and singing our favourite hymns. Our weekly service is all about friendship and fulfilment and we certainly have so much to be thankful for!
I then did the rounds with the Easter Bunny to give our ladies and gents their Easter gifts. What fun we had, he was welcomed with open arms and brought a smile to everyone’s faces…. Great fun had by us all. It was then time for party afternoon, we love a good party. Thank you Gregg for your 5 star service as always!!
A fantastic day had by all and we are now enjoying a delicious hot buffet in our Easter decorated diner… it looks beautiful and the food looks delicious 🤤. A fun packed Easter week of celebrations with Carole👒🦋☕️☀️🙋‍♀️🎸

A big hello from us all at Springfield 🙋‍♀️ What a lovely day it’s been, Easter celebrations are well underway here! We got crafting this morning and designed some amazing Easter bonnets, we certainly have very talented ladies and gentlemen. Beautiful Easter bonnets made ready to show off at our Easter party parade tomorrow. We enjoyed the sunshine on the decking, had a cuppa as we listened to some 60s favourites.
This afternoon we got settled in the cinema and lounges for the residents who wanted to relax then onto a Springfield favourite… High tea social, we set the tables with Easter decorations, our best china and delicious cakes. What a wonderful afternoon we had, great company, lots of tea and sweet treats, perfect! 👌
1 to 1 outdoor social time, room visits to engage and catch up on all the news and up and coming events. A busy and fulfilling day.

Good evening all 🙋‍♀️
It’s been a wellbeing Wednesday here at Springfield, morning warms ups and then on to active time. Skittles and golf competitions, socialising with friends while keeping fit and the all important hydration and healthy eating break.
We finished our session with some favourite tunes and sing alongs.
1 to 1 pet therapy with Teddy all around the home, room social visits, easter reminiscence.
This afternoon we got all our beautiful Easter decorations finished ready to start our celebrations, we had movies in the cinema, delicious snack trays to enjoy and more 1 to 1 engagement. A busy day full of fun! With Carole 👍🍿🎼🍓☀️
