Good evening all ✋️ 😊
It was lovely to get back into the salon today, our ladies and gents have really enjoyed being pampered.
It certainly was a busy day, colours, cut and blow waves, treatments and great company. We are ready to put our feet up and relax, catch up on some tv and get ready for some Springfield therapies tomorrow. Good night, Carole 😍✂️👑

A big hello to all our Springfield family and friends ❤️
We've certainly had a fun packed day here...... We started our day with some art therapy. A wonderful, relaxing way to express our create side while listening to some of our favourite tunes. The Bee Beautiful salon was fully booked, new hairs and plenty chatting going on! A coffee break and then a lovely visit from teddy one of our therapy pets. He was greeted with so much love and a few of his favourite treats so he was very happy!!
This afternoon was time for movies in the cinema, then pool competitions, ladies vs gents and what fun we all had. Laughs and cheers all afternoon, but winners today were definitely the gents. Well done to everyone, great game 👍
Then, onto our small group session, the sun was shining so we took our read and reminisce outdoors. Refreshments as we enjoyed reminiscing about fashion, music and days gone by! A busy day socialising. With Carole and Kathleen ♥️

Good evening from the Bee Beautiful salon, we had very busy morning in the salon making our ladies look fabulous today.
Unfortunately we had to close the salon early today but we will be open again soon for 1 to 1 Hair appointments with Carole ❤️👍☕️😀 it's amazing to be back on Facebook again sharing our meaningful moments with your loved ones.

Happy Friday to all our Springfield friends ❤️
We've had a fabulous day here from party preparations and pamper time in the salon to a very happy 90th birthday celebration afternoon. Amber put on a fantastic show as always 5*, we sang and danced the afternoon away!! Birthday cake, cream scones and a cuppa all round then back onto the dance floor.
We sure know how to party at Springfield..... 👍

We certainly had the best day at Beamish, the sun was shining, we had a delicious lunch in the cafe and enjoyed the tram and reminiscents of days gone by as we visited the houses and shops. We even managed to fit in a short film in the cinema, which we were glad to here came from Ryhope originally. We will soon return. More outings to follow....See you all tomorrow ♥️ Carole 💋

Good evening all....we are back!!!!!!!!
Happy days here at Springfield, fun packed day from start to finish. Cognitive therapy to start our day with creative reading and writing, amazing results from poetry writing to book discussions from our ladies and gents.
Then onto the decking, hats and suncream on and sing alongs and lots of refreshing juices and ice lollies all round.
This afternoon was one of our favs, music therapy and seated disco fitness. Singing, instrument playing and keeping us all moving and motivated. So much fun! Then it was time for our small group and 1 to 1 pampering, puzzles to keep the mind stimulated, sunshine socialising, refreshments and laughter, what more could you want. We also had movies in the cinema with a visit from the sweet and ice cream trolley for our residents who wanted to put their feet up and relax. What a busy and fulfilling day.
