If you have answered yes to the above questions, we have the perfect role for you.
If you have Good Availability and can work a mixture of , , and alternative shifts please get in touch. Full or Part time hours available. We provide a full induction in line with the Care Certificate and on-going training and support.
Please note you are required to apply for and achieve a satisfactory DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) - applied for paid for by us.
Driving Licence and access to own car is not essential but preferred. You must have good flexibility to work during the week and weekends.

Kai Bell!

Kai has worked here at Westhome since 2024 after achieving his Level 3 Health and Social care diploma.

We receive so many amazing compliments from service users and his colleagues on what a fantastic, caring young man he is. Kai puts everything into his care work and goes way above and beyond for them – reading his care notes and the amount of detail he puts into them – just shows how much he cares for every single one of them.

Kai is a fantastic carer and we are very proud to have him working here.

Thank you so much for all the care and support you provide.

🌟Dear Westhome Care,

I am writing to thank your care company for the service delivered to my Auntie over the past few years. The care that Steve Young provided was exceptional up until her passing.

Steve went above and beyond what could be expected of a carer. He showed genuine compassion and kindness always treated my auntie with dignity and respect. It was clear he truly cared about her wellbeing, not just as a patient but as a person.

It was a great comfort to know Steve was there looking after her being so dedicated as I knew she was in safe hands receiving the best care she possibly could. He always took the time out to ensure she was comfortable, supported and had everything she needed. His commitment and professionalism made an enormous difference to her quality of life in the final years.

I will always be grateful to the care, reassurance and support Steve gave me along the way – he is a credit to your organisation. I felt it was important that his outstanding care did not go unrecognised.

Lauren Pennal!

Lauren has worked here at Westhome for many years and always been an incredible care worker.

We know how much care, effort and love she puts into looking after all her service users. Especially lately – going above and beyond for 2 service users in particular and their family.

She is an excellent member of staff, and we are very proud to have her working here at Westhome.
