Arriving at The Mansion in Ubud, Bali to attend the legendary James Nestor’s Breath retreat 🌿✨

There’s not a lot of people I choose to learn from, but journalist and author James Nestor is definitely one of them. His work on the power of breath completely changed the way I think about health, performance, stress, energy, and the human body as a whole.

His book, Breath, is genuinely revolutionary and one of those rare books that stays with you long after you finish it.

Feeling very grateful to be here, surrounded by such incredible energy in the heart of Bali, and I honestly can’t wait to get stuck in over the next few days 🌬️🤍
