I haven’t drank alcohol for over 6 weeks and have pushed myself with my nutrition and workouts. Here’s what I’ve noticed 👆🏼
I decided to do a little refresh and restart but made sure I was enjoying the process along the way. Because I was staring a new academic year, battling a house move and a few other changes over the last few weeks, I promised myself I’d make time for me, self care, nutrition and training.
Finally feel like the ‘old me’ but a better, happier, stronger version 🥰💪🏼
