Ok, for our 3rd and final raffle (for now), I’ve made up this absolutely gorgeous basket of Temple Spa products. There’s over £350 worth of products in the basket 😊

There are cleansers, toners, moisturisers, masks, body creams, eye creams, our gorgeous Repose, elevator skin tightener, eye mask, face cloth, headband and so much more.

There are 25 tickets at £10 each. Draw will be made on 1st December - just in time for Christmas so you can gift to yourself, split it up or give to someone as a Christmas pressie - how lucky are they?

From the proceeds I will buy 2 Christmas dinners by donating to ‘Changing Lives’ who are a wonderful charity and that money will stay local.

Ooooooo the clocks have gone back, dark evenings and cosy nights - perfect for a relaxing soundbath. Straight from the session into your PJ's and chill time.

Next Sunday, 2nd November sees our next session at 3pm, usual place. As its getting chilly, your pillows, blankets and woolly socks plus a blanket is a must otherwise youll feel the chill.

As the clocks go back, the nights draw in and we move to more hours of darkness than light this is always a time to rest and restore. Cosy nights in front of the fire, candles, aromas of evergreens, woods, cinnamon and citrus.

A time which can be both peaceful and fraught, but whichever it is it reminds us that we need to look after ourselves. Just like the flora which shed their leaves and wait for spring and fauna who hibernate and rest, we need to take some time to restore our energies for the new year ahead.

This 90 minute treatment is designed exactly to do that. We start by lighting a candle for our selves and setting a 'san culpa' (heartfelt affirmation). We follow with some breathing and relaxation through guided meditation and using essential oils to create a relaxing environment, before following a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) ritual reflecting the season with some quiet time to reflect, dream or practice gratitude. We end the session with a relaxing soundbath of Himalayan bowls and Crystal Singing Bowls.

The session costs £70 for 90 minutes. However if you wanted to do it with a friend or partner, this would still be £70 for the session or £35 each. 90 minutes of relaxation and restoration for £35 is a real treat for you both.

Thursday 11th December at 5.30pm
Thursday 18th December at 5.30pm

1st September saw the start of meteorological autumn, with autumn being my favourite time of year. The nights are drawing in, cozy evenings with candles on, crispy mornings and the feeling of slowing down.

This Sunday its time for our next Soundbath with gong and crystal bowls and possibly the moody himalayan bowls too.
