Yes we've entered a New Year but my mind thinks differently.
I think - New day not New Year 👍
However
Always return to rule number one.
Always remember you can hit pause — but don’t quit.
Always remember to keep going at your own pace.
Always remember, on not-so-good days, you can hit reset and not give up on yourself.
