They all showed up. All 6.

They were interested
They were curious
They'd heard such positive things about yoga
They wanted to give it a go
They may have been medically told to try yoga

So

2 men came showed up on there own
&
4 women

What did they have to say....

We are living longer! Do you even want to live until your 100 🤔

Or maybe just a good age where you can think for yourself, move by yourself. Feel independent!

The mind like the body must be excersized. WE DO KNOW THIS. Otherwise in my opinion your mind will go nuts & your body will feel limp.

Simplify and enjoy the daily joys of life too.

Connecting with others, a smile, a hello - i can't help it, I do this all the time with strangers 😅

Just one more thing, dont forget to laugh ✨️😂

Oh - I nearly forgot
