💗 A lump in the breast is the most common symptom of breast cancer.

💗 There is no single, definitive way to check your breasts and you don’t need any special training. The key is to get to know what is normal for you. Get to know what your breasts feel like, what they look like and if you notice anything unusual, get it checked out by a GP.
